Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a purchase has been completed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to cancel once the digital download or access has been provided, where permitted by applicable law.

Refund Exceptions

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.
• The digital file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
